Welcome to Average Garment

Average Garment was created by me, Athena Garda, as more so than just a clothing brand—it is a mission to make God’s love known in everyday life. This brand was born out of my experience with Youth With A Mission (YWAM)—a global movement of Christians dedicated to knowing God and making Him known. My time with YWAM ignited a passion in me to share the hope of Jesus, using something as simple as clothing to start meaningful conversations about faith. The "Jesus Loves You" tee was the first design, originally created as a way to raise funds for my YWAM journey. But what started as a simple fundraiser quickly became something more—it became a way to spread the message of Jesus in a bold yet effortless way. The overwhelming encouragement and support from others inspired me to expand this into a full brand, one that exists to share the truth of God’s love and remind people of His presence in their lives.

At Average Garment, every design is intentionally crafted to be more than just apparel—it’s a conversation starter, a declaration of faith, and a reminder that God’s love is for everyone. Whether someone wears it as a personal encouragement, as a way to witness to others, or simply as a reminder of their identity in Christ, my hope is that each piece reflects the heart of Jesus and draws people closer to Him.

This brand is about more than just selling clothes—it’s about spreading the Gospel. In a world that often feels heavy and broken, I believe there is good news that needs to be shared. Every piece you wear carries that message, reminding people they are seen, loved, and valued by their Creator.
